Summary
Dans le royaume d’Eostodale, les héritages se mêlent aux ombres d’un passé troublé. Elara, princesse héritière, est partagée entre ses devoirs envers la couronne et ses sentiments pour Sozin, une jeune femme marquée par un lourd passé familial. Lorsqu’un ordre de templiers est créé pour lutter contre les Ombreux — des êtres manipulateurs des ténèbres liés à d’anciens rituels — Sozin y voit une opportunité de se libérer de son passé et de se forger un avenir. Mais cette décision la conduit à s’éloigner d’Elara, laissant derrière elle des silences et des non-dits.
Trois ans plus tard, Elara, désormais fiancée par convenance, se rend à Claridyn, une ville en pleine renaissance, pour une mission royale. Là-bas, les Ombreux resserrent leur emprise, et des secrets enfouis concernant les familles déchues des Valentis et des Drakemir, dont Sozin est issue, refont surface. Entre intrigues politiques, batailles déchirantes et révélations intimes, Elara et Sozin se retrouvent face à leurs propres choix et à un monde qui exige qu’elles deviennent plus fortes qu’elles ne l’auraient cru.
Quand les ombres se lèvent, le véritable combat se joue dans la lumière. -

At the end of the Second World War, the world was bruised. The discovery of the horrors committed prompted researchers (Historians, archaeologists ...) to work on the sources and texts of ancient civilizations (Babylon, Aboriginal, Africa, North and South America ...) and discovered the existence of a group of special people.
We find this group in all these civilizations under the same name: The Antz (Les Fourmis in French). They are always present when civilization is in danger: they appear in the history of humanity and then disappear as if nothing had happened.The Antz reappear and try to preserve the world. Captain Siobhan Sadler manages an Ant city and under her orders: Cosima, Alison and Sarah.
Then someone tries to trap Sarah. Who is behind this? who wants to destroy the Antz and keep them from keeping the peace? -
