Summary
Alexis didn’t know why he had accepted the invitation. It had been a while since he had seen them, and if he was being honest, it was better that way. But the worst thing wasn’t the fact that he had to take the train during the busiest time of the year or that his new status as a Bastard Munchen’s player made the whole thing twice as annoying to navigate through. It was the fact that Michael Kaiser, of all people, had agreed to come along.
So if seeing his family wasn’t enough of a challenge, he had to take Kaiser along with him. It was the sort of combination that was guaranteed to give him nightmares afterwards. His ever-judging family meeting the proud and short-tempered boy was the promise of an incoming disaster. And he, as always, would be caught in the storm.
Ness visits his family for the holidays and brings Kaiser along, but the night doesn't go as planned.

Summary
So he played soccer as a quiet rebellion, cast spells on the pitch with his passes, and then he met Michael. Michael, ethereally, impossibly beautiful, like a prince or perhaps even a king, an emperor. Michael, who believed in the unexplainable, who believed in his magic. And Alexis drowned, he drowned in cerulean eyes and sharp insults and a laugh he’d memorised, despite only having truly seen it twice.
'Oh shit. Maybe I AM gay.'
Or: In which Alexis desperately needs a hug, Michael gets relationship advice from Itoshi Sae of all people, and they hurt each other enough to learn that the worst (best) kind of healing comes from separation.

Summary
Jian Yi looked down at him, a certain look in his eyes. A strand of his pale hair, having escaped from his beanie, blew across his forehead. “Can I… kiss you?”
Zheng Xi blinked. “Yes.”
A wrinkle appeared between Jian Yi’s thin brows, and his eyes shone harder. “Do you want to be kissed?”
A lump formed in Zheng Xi’s throat, and he reached up, bunching up the sleeve of his dress shirt to wipe Jian Yi's eyes. He wished he could respond the right way. He was almost tempted to lie just to match Jian Yi’s feelings—finally give him that happiness that he deserved—but Zheng Xi couldn’t bring himself to give him such a lie, even if he yearned to make Jian Yi as happy as possible. “I want to make you happy.”
Or: Zheng Xi attempts to confess how he feels to Jian Yi.
