Summary

A second person story about a female muggle that gets kidnapped and brought to Voldemort for torture. When you mysteriously survive a killing curse, Lucius and Draco see that as a chance to defect from the Deatheaters. While in hiding Lucius grows closer to you despite being a muggle. With Lucius on your side, the two of you will need to support each other through dealing with personal loss, memories of torture and developing feelings.
Story begins about two months before the battle of Hogwarts.
I imagine the O/C age being somewhere between 25 and 40, seeing seventeen y/o Draco as barely an adult and Lucius as authority.

Summary

This is a rewrite of my fic A Night at the Opera.
Since I wrote its prequel - A Dragon's Tale, it bugged me how differently I would have written it had I wrote them chronologically. So here I am. I re-read A Dragon's Tale once again and will now attempt to write what happens after the cliffhanger ending.
I think the problem was that in A Dragon's Tale I wrote Draco as a loving and protective character and in A Night at the Opera he was a completely different guy... along some other things.
Also, the story diverges from the old fic in the middle of a second chapter.This fic assumes you know what happened in A Dragon's Tale but I think it will be a good read by itself as well.
