Summary
On the night of his 16th birthday, Tommy Simons, fed up with all of his parent's broken promises, silently swears to himself that he'd go out and explore the world and have adventures his parents would never even dream of having.
However, unbeknownst to Tommy, his silent promise had been heard by others, and they seemed quite interested in him.
