Pat stared at the smiling face of Mitch as he took his man of the match award. Mitch's eyes weren't fixed at the camera - he was trying to find someone, apparently, Pat observed and looked around to see whom it could possibly be.
He looked around but there was no one. Pat turned back, just in time to see Mitch's gleaming eyes fixed on him and a beaming smile adorning that handsome face.
'woah' rang in Pat's mind before he stared down at his feet, grin so evident that someone could see his teeth gleaming from a mile away, his face red ('from exhaustion' he would screech to whoever would listen) as Mitch made his way to the stage to talk to Ravi Shastri.
