Summary
“What do you need from me, Sevika?”
She reaches down into a drawer of the desk beneath her, pulling out a manila coloured folder and passing it to him.
Viktor examines the stack of printed pictures. All of them feature Councillor Talis. Different locations, at different times: two of them he recognizes as Zaunite bars, one of them a Piltovian establishment near the campus that gets frequented by students of the Academy. The remaining three are at coffee shops in their twilight hours of operation, the location of which he is unsure. Besides the councillor himself, they all have one thing in common.
Young men whose age and stature rival Viktor’s own.
Viktor knows these photos to be the result of Sevika’s doing because they would otherwise be plastered on every street corner, magazine, newspaper, and news outlet across Piltover and Zaun. Can all but see the headlines now: Councillor “Twink Trove” Talis.

With the upcoming vote for Zaun’s sovereignty, Academy student Viktor is tasked with seducing Councillor Talis, a notoriously inconsistent voter, whose proclivity for younger, pretty men could spell independence for the Zaunites.

Four years have passed since Viktor left for Demacia to receive the life-saving surgery he desperately needed, and now he's finally coming home.
