Summary

Ch'en hasn't had a proper conversation with Hoshiguma since they fought when she left Lungmen to save her sister. Now, after stopping a terrorist plot while on vacation and getting to actually enjoy her vacation with her friends, both of them find themselves on the balcony of their hotel room. Although they try to keep the banter light, eventually, the elephant in the room can't be ignored. So they talk it out. And maybe, they can regain what was lost that night.
AKA, the apology and reconciliation between Ch'en and Hoshiguma that we should've gotten. And maybe, a little more. Also, kind of a pseudo analysis and my interpretation of their motivations and actions.

Summary
Chuchu had had enough. With a dangerous move, Felsi stole Chuchu's first podium trophy away from her (with a maneuver that she totally didn't like and would likely do herself). So Chuchu does the only reasonable thing she can think of:
Challenge Felsi to a street race.
Felsi, not knowing the first thing about street racing, accepts.
It goes about as well as you'd expect.
