Cass stares, then slowly looks away, a small smile following a long moment’s thought.
“Maybe you’re right,” he admits. “I apologize.”
“But you still won’t reconsider.”
“…No.”
Cass kicks off, the bike rising skyward.
“What about you?” Balthazar calls one more time. “Who were you before you left the Wood?”
“Do you really have to ask?” Cass smiles wryly. “I was a viera, back then.”

Garma gets Char trussed up in his swanky sex room. Extremely un-negotiated kink follows. Two men who are friends, enemies, lovers, all at once. Garma can’t possibly love him. Char can’t possibly let him live. It doesn’t mean they can’t fuck about it.Watching 0079 and I really wanted to write a more canon-accurate, sort of more masculine Garma. I love princess Garma but wanted to write a different flavor.

“The Most High And Honorable Garma Zabi,” He corrects, and lets their fingers brush as he grabs the glass from his host. “I’m not that kind of man.”
“Then what kind of man are you, Char?” Garma asks, not perturbed in the slightest. So he expected to be turned down today, very interesting. And very self-aware.
Hm.
So he takes a long drink of his wine, watching Garma as he watches him, and plots.-
Yes, Char is named after the sound effect 'shaa', as in 'appearing suddenly', but his name is also partially inspired by Tomino's favorite lounge singer, Charles Aznavour.
What if someone with way too much time on his hands took this little fact and ran with it?
