Summary
At twelve, Vasily started to have strange dreams. He thought it was just a bad omen when he saw that dying man over and over again, causing him heart ache and panic when he realized he had already fallen for someone he shouldn’t have and probably never existed.
Except he had really found him.
In this series, Vasily had a vague idea about his past life and met Ogata in the first part (probably should read it first). He went to Japan to sort things out, but got dragged into more chaos.

Summary
Vasily blinks and raises his eyes to actually look at the man for the first time. The other patron has barely moved since Vasily came in; he has occasionally heard the clink of his cup returning to his saucer, but nothing more, no tapping of fingertips on the tablecloth, no slurping of his tea. And yet the man seems to be aware of Vasily’s eyes on him now, for all that he’s looking away, his attention fixed on the empty corner opposite him. A curving lock of hair, black as a fresh stroke of ink, obscures the sliver of his face that Vasily should be able to see, the steeply angled sunlight making it throw a shadow across his cheek. As Vasily watches, the tip of his pencil hovering above the paper, the man finally moves, raising one broad-palmed hand to smooth the lock of hair back from his forehead.
Thousands of miles from the battlefield of Port Arthur, Ogata, Yuusaku, and Vasily cross paths in St. Petersburg.

Summary
Inside me there are two wolves: One who thinks 310 was the perfect ending for Ogata and one who wishes there were more resolution to Vasily's story. This fic is what happened when I let them fight it out.
Vasily has waited too long to finally determine the winner of their contest, and letting Ogata die here would be too easy, too anticlimactic, like the disappointing thud of an artillery shell that doesn’t detonate.
He gets to decide whether his prey lives or dies, and for now, Ogata must live.
