Haymitch’s hand darted down my back to keep me from toppling over, keeping me steady as I shook.
“Say that again,” I whispered, blinking rapidly as I took in the sight of him.

Peeta is not hijacked when he is rescued from the Capitol and brought to District 13. Katniss advocated for him faster. The reunion we all wanted, including Katniss.

Summary
They were Peacekeepers. Was my immediate thought. They had finally come to torture and kill me like the rest of them. I’d sagged into their grasp and let them drag me away. Relieved. They would see to my death, even if it would be a slow and painful one.
But that wasn’t right. There were no Peacekeepers anymore. The rebels had taken over. There would be no crime and punishment delivered by an authoritarian state. Now things would be democratic. Trials and impartial jurors would decide the fate of the masses.
I choked out a bitter laugh at the thought.
I’d like to see them try and find an impartial jury for me.
Just about everyone I’d ever met had an opinion on Katniss Everdeen from District 12. What was it, Effie had once said? Everyone will either want to kill you, kiss you or be you.
Well, if that still be the case, fingers crossed that first desire won out.

An imagined series of events of what happens to Katniss Everdeen once she is returned to District 12 after President Coin's assassination. An Epilogue within an epilogue, if you will.
