Summary
There was something about Lockhart that stood out to him. Something about him not yet tainted by the water that yearned to be brought into ruin. Perhaps it is out of jealousy of his youth, or the genuine affection given to him by Hannah? Or perhaps it is simply because Hannah likes him that is the very reason as to why he wants the boy in every which way.
For if Lockhart was good enough for his beloved daughter, then hell, the boy must be good enough for him as well.
