Summary
Two years after Clover began their journey into the Underground and sacrificed themselves for Monsterkind, a new human, Samuel, arrives in the Underground, unknowing in that he is being pursued by an unseen force beyond comprehension.
While in the Dunes, Samuel comes across the Ketsukane Family, who unknown to him, have had a history with the previous two humans who came before him, Integrity and Clover. Thanks to the actions of the unseen force, Samuel and the Ketsukane's are forced together and isolated from the rest of the Underground, which for the latter, brings back old memories to the surface. This forces them to have to confront the past once again, with all of the guilt and regrets that come with it, while having to deal with their isolation and other unintentional consequences of their current predicament.
As for Samuel, with the events of what happened before his arrival in the Underground, combined with the mounting pressures of his current situation and being put in an even worse position that he's unable to deal with, he will need to try to get his life back together, with the only people he can reach out to for help being the Ketsukane's as they're all stuck together.

The events that lead to the stories of Undertale Yellow and Undertale are set in stone, impacting the characters that were involved in those events, which by extent carries over to the events of both games and how they play out. You can call it a "script", if you would.
Now imagine what would happen if some of those events were changed, altering the situation of the world, leading to characters acting differently with how they interact with the world around them, and changing the future as they know it. You can call it a "Script Change".
Welcome to Script Change, an AU which explores a scenario where major parts of the story with UTY and UT are altered prior to the events of each game, all in thanks to a certain autistic Albertan (yours truly) playing around with the story to see what happens, and hopefully not bastardize the source material in the process!
