    Bandu is blind and disabled, with his long hair covering his eyes usually. Being in the ocean for hundreds of years on end VERY STIFF left him unable to move really or do anything, this sadly being permanent due to how long he was in the ocean for. Expunged helps him adjust though. Bandu's phones don't work anymore technically because of all the water(and blood) inside of them, but that doesn't stop him from trying. Expunged often carries around its brother since he can't move by himself anymore no matter how hard he tries to. It doesn't really mind that fact though.
