Regulus and Co enter their sixth year and are counting down the days until they turn seventeen and are free from their parents. Once at Hogwarts, Regulus knows he doesn't have to return to Grimmuald Place and starts doing whatever he wants, including punching Avery in the face.
His sixth year is now filled with stupid shenanigans with his friends, Barty and Evan's obvious love for each other (except to them), a wonderful pet, a group of pissed of seventh year Slytherins, his brother trying to talk to him again, unlikely friendships, and this complete moron called James Potter who won't leave him alone.

Summary
Normally, when something really weird happens to the Batfamily, traveling through time or turning into animals or swapping bodies, they figure it out and pretty quickly move back into normal life. (Well, normal-for-them life at least.) But normally, when something really weird happens to them, it happens to them as their vigilante selves at night. It doesn't happen to the Wayne family in broad daylight and in public.
When Dick, Cass, Jason, Tim, Duke, and Damian are physically de-aged and all of Gotham knows it, they must comply with the regulations that have been put into place for "civilians" during this sort of thing. That includes going to doctor's well-child check-ups, and to social worker visits, and, worst of all, to school. The whole thing will be a weird and confusing mess, and everybody is sure to hate it.
(Everybody is sure to hate it, that is, except maybe Bruce, who is more confused than everyone but is experiencing having all his children around as actual children for the first time.)

Summary
Gotham was a city prone to crime. Ranging from small petty thieves – stealing for a living, to survive for the next week – to sadistic maniacal villains, murdering and torturing just for the fun of it.The latter were more or less always coming in and out of the asylum known as Arkham.
The nefarious villains would somehow, one way or another, bust out of the very bust-outable Arkham Asylum. They would cause chaos and mayhem in the city, and then the Bats would try to knock some sense into them – proving obviously fruitless – and throw them back into the asylum. It was the same pattern over and over again, a game between the villains in Gotham and the Bats protecting the city that seemed to never end.
This day wasn't any different than all the other times. Another Arkham breakout, it was all hands on deck with Oracle running comms and monitoring from the safety of the Clocktower.

The problem was that there were 3 unaccounted for. But like the others, they would eventually show up, sooner or later. None enjoyed missing out on all the fun anyways.
