Summary
Gerard has returned to his old town to inherit his parents' old house and to live there. As him and his younger brother Mikey cannot afford the place on their own and bills are piling up, he decides to look for a roommate. After some not very successful affords (or maybe as Gerard keeps his phone switched off at daytime) they finally find Frank, who can hardly believe his luck. But what Frank does not know is that his new housemate Gerard keeps a well hidden secret, which is also linked to him only living off a mysterious red liquid he keeps in unlabeled bottles in the fridge. But ... what if Frank was also not the harmless boy he seems to be at first sight? And wait, why can nobody except Gerard see Mikey? [this story was inspired by the TV show "Being Human". Me and a twitter friend joked about this idea and I finally decided to write down the story just to cheer people up in these shitty times]

Frank has been a dinosaur enthusiast for all his life, starting with toy dinosaurs in kindergarten over watching Jurassic Park as a teen - so of course he cannot resist when while being abroad at a mysterious souvenir shop he is offered a statue that looks like a dinosaur's egg.
But then back home in the US all of a sudden the shell seems to crack ...
However his new pet that hatches from the egg is not Frank's biggest issue - struggeling with growing feelings for his bandmate Gerard while also being in love with Jamia seems way more of a problem ...
