  After spending a little over a year in Juvenile Detention for a drug bust gone wrong, former gangster and Japanese immigrant Jonas Kawajiri is tasked by the local authorities and the feds to hunt down as many members of the Passione mafia as he can. He finds himself teaming up with Isabela Zeppeli, a paramedic who saved Jonas' life in the past, and her young cousin Caroline Valentine- who is slowly dying from a mysterious illness.
