Summary
Killian, Stane, Vanko, Stern, Hammer, Toomes, and Killian Maximoff all have one thing in common: they were petty and became villains because Tony Stark rubbed them the wrong way. Whether it was ignoring them, justly removing them from a contract due to their inability to work with exotic alien materials, or jealousy of his success, they either blamed him for their parents' deaths when it should have been the person who fired the weapon or used minor slights as excuses..
But what if Tony decided to become like them? What if he embraced the role of the villain because his life had been as hard as theirs? What if he took a path similar to his enemies, driven by reasons like theirs? For instance, Steve Rogers lying to Tony about his parents' death, mirroring Killian's deception when Tony claimed to meet him later on the roof. Or what if Tony became a villain like Wanda did, using Bucky's actions to justify his transformation, similar to how Wanda blamed Tony for her own misfortunes?

Summary
Tony Stark, when faced with death at the hands of Steve Rogers, meets his past life, Minato Namikaze. As the two become one, they stop Steve Rogers, taking him to where he belongs - the Raft, along with James Barnes. Tony then decides to visit Naruto, only to see him being hunted down by Konoha Shinobi, so he saves them, all the while Thanos plots.
Can Tony, with the powers and memories of his past life, save the universe from Thanos? Of course, he will have to deal with the spoiled individuals known as Rogers, Wanda, Natasha, and their crew.
