Summary
Exploring the year and more leading up to Gale’s kidnapping and the Nautiloid. Starts with the acquisition of a certain Netherese Orb, continues as beloved Tara takes care of our poor sad wizard even as he loses hope and isolates himself in his tower.
Part of a series that will focus on Gale in the events of the game, maybe some after as well. Eventual romance, too, but not the main focus (and haven't decided who with yet). Part 1 is pre-Nautiloid, I'll cover events of the game in part 2, so be sure to subscribe to the series!

“You damn well know what is wrong, asshole!” Rhys spat, clacking his teeth together. “You put a fuckin’ collar on me, you dick!”

Jack slips a collar around Rhys' neck with the stipulation that the fiery omega wear it for one day. Rhys quickly finds out that Jack has installed some rather enticing functions into it.
