Summary
The human never killed, but they also never returned. Flowey never regained the power to RESET, but he also never lost his urge to try new things, no matter who it breaks in the process.
Denied the chance to get his old body back, Flowey decided to take one for himself. In the end, he settled on Sans.
Sans' friends come together to get him back. That turns out to be the easy part, because having your body hijacked by an evil flower isn't an experience anyone passes through unscathed in body or soul. The hard part is picking up the pieces of their friend and helping Sans fit himself back together.
Fortunately, he soon discovers that the people in his life aren't the sort of monsters to back down from a challenge.

But then, a Player disappears.Info update from 2023/09/24: This fic still is sort of dead, but I also REALLY want to finish it eventually, in one way or another. If you still want to read and don't mind waiting, then stay subscribed, keep your bookmark, and wait for the miracle. Summary

Sacrificing your power to turn back the clock might be enough to save him, but a mysterious rupture in time lurks in wait under the true lab, ready to pull everything into the void. With it come signs of Sans' long lost brother, threatening to draw him away down a darker yet darker path.
When the usual events don't go as planned and new secrets come to light, is it too much to hope that everyone can be saved?
A story about family, healing, and self-discovery.
Note: This fic starts in a pretty dark headspace but ends in a higher one. Just a promise, since the first two chapters are pretty heavy. <3
