Summary
Avid is an aspiring musician living in Los Angeles with his roommate Drift. He loves music but his career just isn't taking off. He hates what the music industry has become, and Scott Goldsmith represents all of that. His songs are basic and meaningless. There's no thought behind the lyrics! The chord progressions are the most benign thing Avid has ever heard. But Avid can't seem to escape the man. Even his roommate, Drift, is a huge fan of Scott. One day, he gets an offer to go on tour with the man, and he just can't pass it up. This could be his chance to get his big break, or at least just get paid. A year long tour in close proximity with the man who represents everything he hates, what could go wrong??
Essentially Scott is a popstar, Avid is an elitist musician and they fight about it until they kiss about it.

Summary
Avid realizes after he has to try a different approach after his attempt to out Scott as a vampire goes terribly wrong. Instead he's just going to always look at and be around Scott. That way he can't turn anyone! The townspeople seem to get a different idea. Why is everyone asking if he has a crush on Scott?? Not to mention, something sinister is brewing in the background.
Basically Avid engeneering shenanigans so that he and Scott are always together, Scott is very amused by it and lets Avid do his thing. Everyone wonders what's going on between them and maybe they get closer along the way?

Shen Yuan transmigrates as an infant into what is basically just a xanxia remold of his previous life, and meets Luo Binghe while they're both disciples of Cang Qiong Mountain Sect. The only problem: he doesn't realize he's a transmigrator and his memories of Proud Immortal Demon Way have been locked away. Surely that won't cause any problems, though. Surely he can protect the protagonist from his fate and make a better end to the story somehow anyway... right?
