Their lips lock together desperately, the kiss deep and passionate but also clumsy and unpracticed. Karkat’s hands fly up to Dave’s shirt, fisting into the fabric, trying to anchor himself. Dave is a total wreck. He’s holding Karkat’s head in both hands like he’s the most precious thing in the world, kissing like this is going to be their one and only chance. Karkat feels Dave shiver, and the next thing he’s aware of is Dave’s tongue in his mouth...
Continuing Epilogue 7, Meat 38, from where Dirk had the decency to stop, Dave and Karkat kiss and do a bit more in the dimly lit room. The television may or may not still be on in the background but that's not important just keep your eyes on the Davekat.
The Homestuck Epilogues take place 7 years after the end of the original series, where they're adults, so Dave is like 23 and Karkat is the alien equivalent.
