   Summary

At the end of the year, the Pokémon League throws its over-the-top thank you party for the trainers part of the organization. Cynthia and Wallace are two lovers of chaos who enjoy gossiping about the party goers. Both of them have been nursing a crush on Lance, despite not knowing what is his thing. However, they did not expect that their friend Steven, of all people, would be the one to hook up with the mysterious dragon tamer.
