25 year old Eloise just wants a break. The past three years of her life have been nothing but constant motion; anything less is unacceptable for Ferngill Republic’s newest rising star. After two back to back Republic tours come to a conclusion, she’s left feeling burned out and missing the creative juices. Down on her luck, she remembers her Grandpa’s voice:
“You gotta take care of the Earth, darlin’. It’ll take care of you, too.”
35 year old Harvey lives a life of solace. While things aren’t terrible, they certainly aren’t great. He’s at his wit’s end when the Ol’ Farmer’s Granddaughter takes up permanent residency. Somehow, her presence makes him hopeful for the quality of life in the valley. Little does he know how challenging the manual labor will be for her. Already, he can tell there’s something about her. He can’t judge much; we’ve all got secrets. But what happens when fame and fortune intersect with the valley?
