With Aether's help, Ei was finally able to understand that change was a decisive part of human nature, and that change itself was nothing that could be stopped. With this new revelation, Ei could now finally leave her painful past behind to instead pursue a new kind of eternity, one that was carrying the wishes of all her people into a brighter future.
Unfortunately, it did not mean that every change would lead to something good.
