Seong Gihun hears his heart thumping, he feels his legs shaking, and can smell sweat beading at his forehead. Gihun leans backwards; more accurately, he falls. Gihun prepares to die. Finally, as Gihun hits the floor, he feels it all, the scorching pain, total silence, and then the release.Gihun thought he was dead, but for some reason he hears his heart thumping, and can feel his eyes moving around under his eyelids. Gihun was somehow alive.

Time loop universe where Gihun must go through the games again, this time keeping his conscious clean. That means no killing, and trying his best to keep his friends alive.
Also Daeho isn’t a complete monster and joins Gihun and Junhee for the rest of the games. (ILY found family.) -

Tommy risked a glance back—
A shadow stood at the end of the hall.
Something tall. Twisted. Its face—or lack of one—was obscured by darkness, but its limbs stretched impossibly long, fingers dragging along the walls as it took a single step forward.
Not fast.
Not rushing.
It didn’t have to.
The shadow's form flickered, and for a brief moment, Tommy saw something else. Pink hair. A crown of bones. A bored expression glinting with something darker.
The air seemed to scream as every door in the hallway slammed shut in unison.
