Zoro glances at him sidelong and his lips curve around the top of the bottle, like he’s fully aware of the dishonesty of that assessment, so much so that he doesn’t feel the need to even consider a retort. “Long day, curly?”

Summary
Marcus Aquila is an undercover Metropolitan police officer. His assignment is to infiltrate a slave-trafficking organisation which trades in men, bought and sold to fight in cages, sometimes to the death. When he makes the impulsive decision to intervene during a 'kill fight' involving a fierce young fighter called Esca, Marcus inadvertently finds himself the owner of his very own slave. Now Marcus has to find a way to complete his assignment, as well as gaining Esca's trust, without blowing his cover. The question is, can he do it before the secrets and lies catch up with him, and Marcus loses everything?

A roar reverberated through the air. Not just any roar; a werewolf roar.
“About fucking time!” exclaimed Stiles. He was going to let Scott win when they next played Mario Karts.
The door to his jeep was yanked open and Stiles realised it wasn’t Scott who had come to save him. It was Derek Hale. A very wet Derek Hale. Stiles mind immediately headed south into an ‘R’ rated place; the wet t-shirt Derek was wearing was very tight.
“You’re back,” was all he could think to say.
Derek didn’t reply, because he was an antisocial dick. Instead he asked: “Does this piece of crap still drive?”
“Uh, yes,” Stiles cried, massively offended on the behalf of his beautiful jeep.
“Then drive. Now!”
...
It was a pretty normal day for Stiles, except then there was rain and monsters and witches and Derek Hale. All because Derek Hale's type is psychotic. And apparently, Stiles is stuck right in the very centre of it.
