It all started with a note - written in the ugliest handwriting Caitlyn had ever seen.
"I used your bed. Funny fact, you smell like cupcakes."
In the break room, they had six beds distributed for use among shifts. But Caitlyn's bed wasn't part of that set. No, she had bought a seventh piece of furniture with her own money - with a mattress specifically made for her shoulder and lower back pains.
Everyone knew they shouldn't lie down there. Except, apparently, the new hire.
As a first offense, Caitlyn decided to let it slide, with a simple note on the bed.
"Property of Caitlyn Kiramman."
Maybe the mistake had been due to ignorance, after all. Although, three days later, to her complete displeasure, came her response.
"Good to know you have a name, Cupcake. PS: your mattress is really good."

It was quiet as Caitlyn and Vi both processed the information, and then very slowly Vi pointed her finger to Caitlyn, and then to herself, one eyebrow raised up to the buzzed half of her hairline. “Us. Get married.”
A new law in Piltover prevents Zaun convicts from working topside without citizenship. Luckily for Vi, all she and Caitlyn have to do is take the next step of their relationship and get married, securing Vi a place in Piltover.
Only problem is, they aren’t in a relationship.

Asta and Noelle's relationship is complicated at best but the two rookie Bulls have done a good job of ignoring the glaring problem...until it becomes unavoidable. Noelle is expected to marry a suitor and Asta doesn't like that at all while Noelle seems to have her hands tied in the whole situation: on one hand she loves the peasant from Hage but on the other hand failure to procure a suitor could endanger her status as a royal and all the plans she has to leverage her social position to help the commoners of the realm. Things only get worse at a ball the Magic Knights attend where Asta has to bear witness to the plethora of men eager to marry the young princess.
