Summary
I wrote this at like 3:00am based on a dream I had. So.
.Mike was touchy, it was just in his nature.
Maybe that's why, when Mike reached out, hands cupping his own, leaning in close, a murmur of “I miss you, Will. I miss us,” all Will did was squeeze back, the way he always had.
It started off the same as always, something unintentional that Will could brush off, accident touches that slowly grew into something friendly, platonic, normal. The occasional nudge of an elbow to his side, a long look and a hand reaching out to grip his shoulder. Simple. Friendly.
But now?
Now Mike couldn't seem to be able to keep his hands off of him.
It was driving Will crazy.

Summary
Vecna was defeated in season 4, kind of an alternate universe
“Are you ok?” Mike asks making his way over to Will grabbing his waist slowly.
Will lets out a little sigh surprised by the sudden touch “ Yes, don’t worry” he says as he slips away from the contact but he quickly feels a cold hand pull him closer and starts landing kisses all over his neck.
“Oh my god. I knew it, I FREAKING KNEW IT” Dustin happily exclaims

Summary
It starts with a documentary about Area 51 that neither of them is really watching. It begins with Will fighting sleep, dark circles under his eyes, and Mike doing something stupid—offering his lap as a pillow.
It ends with Mike's hands in Will's hair, Will's face pressed against his stomach, and the sudden, terrifying realization that this isn't just friendship. It never was.
Or: Mike Wheeler has an emotional crisis while his best friend sleeps on his lap, and discovers that being in love is equal parts heaven and hell.
