Ganondorf is imprisoned. The barriers protecting Hyrule have broken down and a new evil from the south emerges threatening all who live. Link, Zelda and others must escape this oncoming menace and find a way to overcome it before all of Hyrule and the rest of the world is lost. Time is running out. This story really inspired me to write my own Legend of Zelda story. This is my only favorite LOZ Fanfiction I ever read; I wish this was canon though. The ending when Zelda was forced to kill Link and Link leaving behind Malon and their daughter.
Mine is called Legend of Zelda: Destiny Flames. This story has some lore, like what was unanswered in the aftermath of Skyward Sword and also have a lore to the Ocarina of Time, the truth of what happened to Navi after the game ended and the three timeline splits. The story takes place 500 years later after the defeat of Ganondorf in Breath of the wild 2. It also the return of Demise (For a true final showdown) and finally breaking the curse.
Also, it has three arcs: The Childhood Arc, the Teenage arc and last, the Adult arc. The characters in that story all start to question their fates in the story.
