Summary
Wu Suowei and Chi Cheng started dating at seventeen and, honestly, thought they’d be endgame.
They weren’t.
At eighteen, Chi Cheng’s career took off. New jobs, new fame, no time and apparently no space for a relationship. He broke up with Wu Suowei and left before Wu Suowei could tell him he was pregnant.
So Wu Suowei did what he had to do. He had the baby. He raised him alone. Duoduo looks way too much like his alpha father, and has the exact same mole on his nose, which is… a problem.
Four years later, Wu Suowei runs into Chi Cheng again while working as a photographer for one of his shoots. Chi Cheng is successful, stable, and suddenly very interested in reconnecting. Turns out he never stopped loving Wu Suowei, he just loved his career more back then.
Wu Suowei tries so hard to hide their child from Chi Cheng because Duoduo is his only source of happiness and his reason to live.
Unfortunately, Chi Cheng has always been bad at letting go.
