Officer Steven Rogers believes the best of people, no matter how bad their first impressions are. Unfortunately there are exceptions to every rule.
(Or, Steve is a Crime Scene Investigator, Bucky heads the precinct's morgue, things are probably horribly unrealistic from a police standpoint, and Bucky should maybe learn not to flirt with Steve when dead bodies are about.)

It was all coming back to Bucky now. The memories came in random orders. They were often obscure- occasionally, Steve himself needed Bucky's reminder in order to recall them. And Bucky still hadn't remembered the most important thing.
