Summary
When Phainon asks him, they are laying in their bed with Beagle Coconut and Nanus curled up by their feet. The grey chimera is laying right on top of the mint one, gnawing at his ear without an ounce of shame. Nanus had long since gotten used to Beagle Coconut’s insistence on being on top of him and biting him all the time, so the chimera doesn’t even bat an eye when Beagle Coconut moves to his other ear.
When Phainon asks him, he’s reading over Anaxa’s shoulder the professor’s lesson plans for the upcoming semester.
When Phainon of Aedes Elysiae asks Anaxagoras the Blasphemer to marry him, Anaxa merely hums and crosses through a word with his red quill. Then, the scroll and the quill are set aside and Anaxa gently places his fingers on Phainon’s chin to pull him closer, whispering his answer against Phainon’s lips.

Summary
Standing in front of him right now, was the same person who went missing in a blink of an eye fifteen years ago. His professor, Anaxagoras and the object of his affection, revealed himself as a passenger on a haunted train. Appearing very much alive as the day he went to ruthlessly stomp on his confession—rejecting Phainon and leaving without so much as a glance. His greatest torment after all these years of disappearance, looked at him as if he had expected this outcome.

Phainon boarded a haunted train and saw his Professor who went missing fifteen years ago after getting rejected by none other than him.
