Frantically trying to evade the reach of N.O.M.U. and his self-proclaimed adopted father, Hisashi Shigaraki (aka All for One), Izuku returns to Japan, his own birthplace, the headquarters of N.O.M.U. and the location of a mysterious unnatural group, U.A. who might be able to help him.

    But Hisashi Shigaraki is not known as All for One for no reason. All eventually belong to him, including Izuku.

Thankfully, the two of them meet early on and help each other get through their different, yet similar, troubles. Instead of choosing the roles people seem to want to force on them, they make their own option, together.

    The AU where Todoroki and Midoriya meet as kids and grow up as childhood friends.
    Izuku doesn't take the years of abuse and bullying as well as he does in the manga.
