Summary
After a long journey across Kanto, learning the ways of wild pokémon and Aura, Izuku doesn’t really consider himself human anymore. But, he’s finding out he needs to go back home and deal with their propaganda filled society once more. Because he found himself a pokémon partner, and the greenette needs to fill out proper paperwork to keep Hitoshi the Espurr safe in his care. And he needs a pokédex ID to do that. One that he should’ve had his entire life, instead of getting denied one.
At least the quirkless human-shaped trainer and quirked purple pokémon have each other on their journey back home and through the horrors of paperwork. And Izuku telling his family that he’s learned a lost magic martial art and wants to be the first Aura Guardian in centuries, if not millennia.
There’s no way that this will spiral into a disaster. No way at all!
(It will make so much more sense if you read part 1, The Ranger’s Curse first. And this is a poképhilia fanfic with Shindeku slowburn that turns into Dekubowl and Shinsoubowl. Hitoshi is a pokémon. Y’all have been warned.)
