Summary
After Seven of Nine defuses a disaster in Engineering by routing power through her own systems, her sensory relays become temporarily overloaded. Curiously, her pain responses are muted, while sense detail and pleasure responses are both enhanced. Seven believes the overload may have practical applications.
So she meets Captain Janeway's gaze in the hall.
Since the two have developed a secret fling between shifts in the Captain's quarters, Janeway intends to make good use of Seven's temporarily heightened sense response... to help her appreciate good coffee, for a start.
