Summary
On their way back to Jackson after the massacre at the hospital, Joel and Ellie stop for a brief bathroom break in the woods and find something completely unexpected hidden amongst the trees, the very last little. Compelled by his caregiver nature, Joel brings the girl back to Jackson in the hope that Maria and Tommy will know what to do with her. Joel and Tommy are not good men. They've done things, hurt people to ensure their own survival, and they have no plans to stop. When they come across your group in the woods they open fire and kill your companions, leaving you as the last one standing. Joel is ready to kill you too, adamant that you have nothing else you can trade for your life. But there's always something you can offer and if letting Tommy have his way with you is the cost of your safety then it's a price you will happily pay.
