Summary
Atsushi knocked on Dazai’s door and called out, “Mister Dazai, we have some dinner for you. Have you eaten today?” No response. Atsushi knocked again, waiting a second before turning the door knob. Weird, this time it was locked. That mean’s Dazai at-least must’ve gotten out of bed, that great! Atsushi thought.
“Maybe he’s sleeping.” Kyouka suggested. “I don’t think so,” Atsushi says. “He was sleeping when I came here this morning, then the door was unlocked.”
Kyouka’s eyebrows furrowed. “She pulled out her knife and slid it between the door and the crack. It opened. “Kyouka! You can’t just do that!” He shouted, as the wind pushed the door open. Atsushi immediately wanted to take what he said back.
Dazai goes to the Mental Hospital

Summary
Dazai looks nervous, and Chuuya can’t crack why. He definitely looks wrong, though, like he’s about to jump out of his skin.
Which does happen when something makes a particularly loud noise outside. Dazai’s head whips in that direction, his whole body tenses, and he clutches the plushie in his arms like letting it go would mean sudden death.
“You’re scared,” Chuuya realizes. “You’re scared of this, why didn’t you tell me?”
/or: dazai is scared of sleeping in the woods so chuuya cuddles him to sleep
