Mike would never loom over him, ominous and terrifying like adults were.
Now, with a few years and a handful of growth spurts between them, the difference isn’t as obvious. If Will stood up at full length, he’d meet Mike’s eye with ease. But Will has never learned how to control himself around Mike. So he makes himself smaller, without really meaning to.

Mizi squeezed her, “You know I love you, right?”
“I know,” Sua whispered back, dropping her hands back into her lap. “It’s just…”
Whatever she was going to say, she cut herself off, biting her lip. Just? Mizi wracked her brain, trying to think of what else could be plaguing her girlfriend’s mind. After so many years of being together, she had a small inkling of what it could be.
So Mizi took a chance and said, “You know there’s no one else I’d rather be with, right?”
The pout on her girlfriend’s face became more prominent, confirming her suspicions. Sua scrunched up her face as if to say she didn’t believe her. Mizi knew it wasn’t because of herself. It was self-doubt that wormed itself into the other woman’s brain, singing its malicious tune into her ears.
This sort of thing hadn't happened in years, not since their first year of dating. But Mizi never forgot the best remedy to this particular problem. She reached over to cradle Sua’s head in her hands. Her heart softened when the older woman leaned into the touch.
“It’s okay,” she said softly. “I’ll prove it to you.”

Summary
Falin accidentally ends up flirting with an old friend at the bar (because she's Falin) and Marcille gets jealous. Except, to her shock, she's not actually jealous. In fact ... she might just want to see where this could go.
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing here, but I got slapped in the face with the idea of a Marcille/Falin consensual cuckolding fic, and it possessed me. I can only hope this feels at least a little bit in-character, let alone coherent.
