Langa carefully took ahold of Reki’s arm, holding it like he could shatter by the touch.
His brows furrowed as he scanned Reki’s arm.
“Reki… Wh-.. what happened?” Langa softly asked, his voice betraying him in the middle of his sentence.
Reki’s eyes filled with tears, “I didn’t want you to-to know.. I-I’m sorry Langa I really am..” His tears streaming down his face, his breath becoming ragged and fast.

Summary
Reki faces depression and addiction, in consequence, he gets sent away but 3 months can't change a person that much, right? wrong. during that time, reki got a tattoo, piercings, and a huge glow-up. ontop of being sent away reki has to battle the guilt of leaving behind his best friend, Langa. when he comes back, he is met with multiple battles against langa, himself, and others.
lots of angst and some fluff

Summary
(POST FIGHT)
Reki and Langa finally made up, but they never properly understood eachother. Reki's jealousy still lingers, his self-hatred didn't disappear, all these emotions Reki thought would go away after making up with Langa stayed and maybe even got worse. Resulting in Reki using unhealthy coping mechanisms to cope with his feelings.
Langa is falling in love with Reki, while Reki experiences his messy emotions.
It doesn't take long before everyone else begins to notice the crack in Reki's facade. Reki is now a hollow shell of what he used to be— happy and bright. Reki just can't seem to do it anymore, will anyone save him? Can he save himself?
In which: Reki goes through jealousy and depression and uses unhealthy coping methods, the people around him begin to notice and worry about him. They all desperately want to help him, but again, Reki self sabotages. He pushes them away because he doesn't know what to do when they get too close— when they see how vulnerable he is. So now what does he do when they don't leave after he pushes them away?

Summary
Langa's plans to finish university quietly in Canada fly out of the window one morning after a desperate phone call from an old friend. When he agrees to join his friend's college band for some fun pastime, he isn't sure what to expect. What he certainly doesn't expect is his life getting flipped upside down after a hotheaded redhead, who just so happens to be the band's lead singer and guitarist, storms into his life in a way he never expected.
Langa's previously dull world exploded into something brand new with bright colors, annoyed bickering, and perhaps something softer and unfamiliar. He is reminded of all the things he stopped himself from feeling after his dead's death years ago, and this time, he can't find the switch to turn them off. Never before had anyone provoked Langa like Reki did— and worse, he can't tell if it's a good thing or a bad thing.
And no, Langa did not think he was attractive whatsoever.
(Or, Langa joins Reki's band, and it's both the best thing and worst thing he could have done)
