Summary
Derek and Stiles have now entered into a tenuously, unlabelled, illegal, relationship and can't find two seconds to care about all the rules they're breaking. However dancing around their feelings for one another is the least of their problems when a small lapse in judgment reveals them to Scott, and if there is one thing we all know about this Scott, it's that he has zero chill.
Features Scott being the living worst. Then a little bit of an okay guy. Lots of feels and a happy ending all tied in a neat little bow.

Title is a reference to the Mark Twain Quote, 'There is a charm about the forbidden that makes it unspeakably desirable'
Not the first in the series and while I encourage you to read that one, it doesn't need to be first or at all to understand this fic.

There is no doubt in Derek’s mind that this fox is alone, in trouble, and needs to come home with them, with him. Derek takes a risk and lets his wolf go, calling his human side forward as he shifts. The fox barks in alarm and scrambles back to the bushes. Derek kneels and holds his hands out palm up.
Derek pushes power into the next words and lets his eyes go red. “I promise. You’re safe. No one will hurt you.”

Who the hell was Stilinski? Oh. Derek glared as the guy in the red hoodie crossed to the lab table they were going to be expected to share. No. This wasn’t going to work for him.
“Mr. Harris?” Derek asked.
“It’s definitely not time for questions, but I’m morbidly curious. Go ahead, Mr. Hale.”
“Could you assign me to someone else? Anyone but him?”
Mr. Harris smiled. There was absolutely nothing comforting about it. In fact, all of Derek’s instincts were telling him that smile meant he had royally messed up.
“Well, now that I know you’d prefer not to... yes, you have to be with him.”
Great. Just great.In this AU (heavily inspired by this gifset) the Hales are pushed a few years forward and the Hale Fire never happened. So, this story will explore a lot of “what if”s and different scenarios that might have come from that.
