Summary
“Interesting…” Lost in thought, Enid’s head lolled to the side, studying her. “I would’ve never thought you out of all people would have such a…romantic outlook.”
Wednesday stiffened, heat prickling her ears. Romantic? That was a catastrophically bad misrepresentation of her character. Being accosted to such an adjective was the equivalent of a slap in the face, as if her mindset could ever be anything other than blunt, pragmatic, and rooted in survival and cynicism. What foul accusation.
“Don’t be absurd, Enid,” Wednesday said, fixing her with a steady gaze. “If my words seemed to carry any sentimentality, it's because they’re not my own. In fact, I was merely quoting my deluded parents.”
“Right, sure…” Enid drawled.
Or Enid questions Wednesday about why she’d broken up with Bruno during the body swap, and somehow Wednesday ends up in a position she’d never imagined filling: handing out relationship advice.

Summary
“Why did you even come here anyway?”
“For the same reason you are. I care about Wednesday,” Agnes said. “Maybe even more than you do.”
Enid scoffed before even registering Agnes’ words. It was her go-to reaction to everything that girl had to say, and it fit now more than ever. “There are few people who care about Wednesday more than I do, so—no. Try again.”
“Even so…” Agnes tilted her head, fixing her wide green eyes on Enid, the same way she did whenever she was about to say something constructed especially to provoke a reaction from her.
“Perhaps it’s time you considered that feeling one-sided. After all, when it came to this investigation, Wednesday chose to come to me—not you.”
Looking at Agnes right now, Enid finally understood why Wednesday’s first instinct when dealing with most people was to kill them.
Or A direct continuation of episode 4 where Wednesday almost dies, Enid is going through it and Agnes is there exclusively to make her life harder.

Summary
Enid’s eyes were now locked onto Wednesday’s. "Look, you don’t want to tell me what you’ve seen? Fine.”
“But don’t think you can just shut me out,” Enid continued, gaze kept firm, head subtly shaking. “It’s not going to work and you know it.”
Why did she have to remind her? That was the cruelest truth of all. The very thing that would betray Wednesday in the end—her own inability to let go.
or Wednesday witnesses Enid’s fate in a vision. Both Morticia and Enid are there for the aftermath and confront Wednesday about it, but only one of them gets the truth.

Summary
“It’s just that…I was really trying to convince myself that being with him was what I wanted,” Enid said, her voice quieter now.
“Why?”
Enid looked up at her for just a moment—a flicker of eye contact that was gone before Wednesday could register it properly.
“Because I don’t think I can have what I really want.”
OR Enid breaks up with her boyfriend, Maxim, and since she has her priorities straight, the first thing she does is text her roommate. Wednesday would rather not get involved, but somehow it all ends with a hug.

Summary
“I know what I’m about to say won’t make sense, since there’s not a shortage of people in my house, but…” Enid said. “I feel a little less alone with you here.”
Wednesday couldn’t fathom what she might have added to Enid’s life that had managed to make her feel less alone. Her presence and the darkness that came with it were more likely to unsettle than to soothe. It certainly wasn’t designed to comfort anyone.
It couldn’t be, not even if Wednesday wanted it to. She wouldn’t even know where to start to achieve something like that. She was just simply wired to keep people away.
But Enid didn’t seem to think that.
Or since next season will mention Wednesday visiting Enid in San Francisco, this is what might have happened there. Covering a family dinner gone wrong, sneaking out to get away from said dinner and how Enid gets her new haircut.
