"Hello there," A young voice broke through the haze, calling out faintly from above him.
...what?
Emil opened his eyes and gazed up at a young, brown-haired girl. She looked to be similar in age to him and wore a long, flowing white dress that hung around her ankles. Her green eyes sparkled with life, and she looked well-polished and clean.
"How are you?" She asked, reaching a hand down towards him.
His body still trembled, but somehow, staring at another person made the fear in his chest calm ever so slightly. He opened his mouth to speak but found that the words were stuck in his throat.
"You can hold my hand if you want," She said, smiling gently. "My father told me it helps sometimes."

Kuya’s pointed ears twitched and his mismatched eyes merely looked at Eiden as if he were talking nonsense - which in the yokai’s opinion, he most certainly was. “Young Master, it’s almost as if you’ve forgotten who’s in charge around here…” The fox’s grin widened, “you were so eager to please me but a moment ago, in fact you were rather vocal, it was quite a delight to listen to…So what harm is there in adding a tad more…Decoration?”
“B-But everyone out there already either wants to eat me or kill me! You really wanna throw me out there tied up with a neat little bow on, all ripe and ready for dessert?!” Eiden huffed, feeling his leopard tail curl around himself, almost as if it were trying to cover his exposed body. Honestly? He would admit to being interested in the idea. It certainly wouldn’t have been the first time he’d been on the receiving end of silken ropes…
