Summary
One of the village’s favorite weekends of the year was The Academy of Konahagakure’s Annual Festival Fundraiser, a three-day event filled with treats, games, entertainment, and more academy students and genin than you could count, running around and eating their fill of sugar and grease. All academy teachers were in charge, and as an academy teacher yourself, you couldn't wait for the stressful weekend to be over.
Until one of the village's most famous jonin makes it his mission to embarrass you every chance he gets, and the weekend turns into more than just something to get through. Oh boy.*I do not own Naruto or any of its characters*

Summary
Hatake Kakashi is a man who never wanted a genin team in the first place. And he certainly wasn’t prepared to actually care about the brats.
Unfortunately for him, his brats are hilarious and kind and amazing. And they’re so small, and they’re alone and they need support. Which makes it really hard to truly dislike them as much as he expected he would.
Or: 5 times Kakashi shows that he actually genuinely cares about his kids, and 1 time his students show that they care about him a lot, too.

Summary
To care for the wounds of Konoha's shinobi was your job - your assigned duty, which you performed diligently. But what if a wound was not one of the body, but the soul? Kakashi Hatake, no doubt one of the most able of the village, had many scars. And despite your dedicated work, you cannot help but watch the man wither, slowly, under the cruel blows fate keeps striking at him.
Is it not compassionate, but also duty to treat the spirit, as well?
