Summary
While out with his friend, Shai, AKA Shy Boy has an unexpected first meeting with a another kid he's never seen before.
That kid is Satoru Saiko/Psycho Boy, an eccentric boy who seems to have no common sense. The two would unexpectingly strike a friendship. Later on, they would also encounter others who were just like them; each one with a unique personality.
