When a person turns eighteen, the name of one’s soulmate may be revealed on their wrist. If it doesn’t, it means the person’s soulmate will have a name on their 18th birthday instead. It’s an ultimate test of soulmates, with only one having the unbalanced power to know and seek the other.
Growing up, Katsuki Bakugou never paid much mind to soulmates. Yet when Katsuki reads Izuku Midoriya on his own wrist on April 20th, he feels dread at Izuku being stuck with him as his soulmate, after everything he’s done. How could Izuku ever love him back, and why should he? He decides to keep it to himself, for Izuku's sake.
Izuku wakes up on his birthday without a name present. He’s hopeful that whoever has his name embedded on their wrist will find their way to him. As much as he looked forward to having a soulmate before, there is only one person he wishes it would be.

“Kacchan,” Deku moans, shoulders shaking and head tilting to the right, exposing his pretty, pale neck that should be painted purple and red, an oversight on Katsuki’s part. A shaky hand reaches back and cups the back of his thigh, trying to drag him impossibly closer, claws biting into the fabric and pricking Katsuki’s skin. “B-Breed me, please, Kacchan. Knot me, nnfh, knot me,” Deku looks at him, clear-eyed and with a little shaky smile on his face, and Katsuki unravels like a spool of ribbon tossed over a ledge.
“FUCK!” Katsuki roars, bearing down as his thrusts get quicker, faster, desperate. “Take it,” he breathes, groaning and heaving heavy breaths. “Take it, take it, takeittakeit, take it!”
