Summary
"Don't you want to know why I will always let you kiss me?" he asks softly, "If I were you, I'd want to know."
That's a temptation she can't let herself have. If he dares to say love, she couldn't deal with that, not tonight. "Nope," she says into his cheek.
"I think you're lying," he says as if they are so much younger than they are, just two stupid kids sharing a secret.
"I think you should shut up and sleep," she says, her lips capturing his for just a second more.
I went from being excited about the heat and desperation in that kiss cause if they weren't interrupted, she was seconds from being on his lap to over-analyzing the one kiss we got and how there was so little hesitation or awkwardness as it started. I couldn't help but wonder if this was actually the first time these two have kissed.
They're so comfortable with each other. They've known each other their whole lives, both mechanical born and raised; it wouldn't be impossible for them to have kissed before. Maybe it's just been a while.
That's what inspired this.
Well, that, and the out-of-focus hug in the finale cause that hug looked so incredible; I'm still a little envious of Shirley, honestly.

Summary

Summary
Jacob Carter has died, and Anubis has been neutralized. Teal'c and Bra'tac have begun the daunting task of organizing the new Jaffa government. With Daniel back on Earth and the galaxy in an uneasy peace, Jack retreats to his house for some down time. Trouble is--General Hammond figures it's time for a talk. And later, after the General leaves, Jack's surprised by another visitor. One with golden hair and haunted blue eyes. They both have things they need to say, and things they need to hear. The question is whether either of them is ready to reveal the truths they've kept hidden for so long. Post-Threads.

Summary
It's Christmas, and things have been rough lately. When a random event causes friction between him and his favorite Major, Jack feels the need to clear the air. And maybe figure out a few other things along the way.
Written for Sam/Jack Shipmas2023, I somehow managed to neglect to include any of the prompts (oops).
This is the start of a planned multi-chapter fic which will be centered around the theme of "Cookies". This will be five parts—but each chapter will be a standalone story based around the theme. I have no idea when it will be complete—but each chapter can stand on its own as a fic.
