In a world where One for All is given to Mirio instead of Deku, Izuku Midoriya finds himself a member of UA high... As a student of the General Studies course. Lacking direction in his life, and still desiring to be a hero, he's struggling to find out what it is he wants to do with his life. The year before he graduates from high school, the new homeroom teacher Miruko takes an interest in him, and tries to teach him how to find his meaning in life. Struggling with her own view of what a "hero" should really be, and also taking a break due to just how much she undervalues her health, she joins UA in order to see if she can't understand the problems within her own heart, as well as save someone like she always desires to.
