It’s safe in the Land of the Scalding Sands that he will make a decision: a decision that will change both Kalim and Jamil’s lives forever.
And this might be the chance Jamil needed all along to reflect on many things. On his life and this role he hates so much, on his relationship with Kalim and what this freedom he’s longed for truly means. It will be hard, but if he manages to ask himself the right questions and find his answers in time, then maybe, hopefully, he will be able to save a friend before it’s too late.
