Forrest Gump lived through some of the most turbulent decades in American history, he saw changes in behavior, he lived, and in some cases he motivated, historical events that changed the United States, but he didn't pay much attention to it, what mattered most was Jenny. She died and Forrest was left with their son. But now, Gump will face another era of change, eras of turbulence, not only in North American history, changes and direction towards an uncertain future, however, his son is accompanying him on this journey. Despite having met several personalities and experienced several historical events, something that impresses many people, but for him they are things of life.
There is already a sequel to the book on which the film was based, but even though I already knew about the book's sequel, I started thinking about this idea of a sequel to the events of the film and I started to like the ideas I had and another thing is that the sequel to the book, which is called “Gump & Co” and was released in 1995, covers the 80s and 90s, I decided to go further and cover the years 2000, 2010 and 2020.
