Death In Absentia: Presumption of death.
A presumption of death occurs when an individual is believed to be dead, despite the absence of direct proof of the person's death, such as the finding of remains (e.g., a corpse or skeleton) attributable to that person.Bobby Fulbright has been presumed dead for 6 years, following another examination of the unidentified body used to prove his death just a year ago. With no sign of him, he is labeled legally dead, permanently missing.
Suddenly, he returns home, with nothing but what’s left of his luggage to his name. In a world thats thought him dead for so long, he settles to weave his way back into life, and get back what was lost, with the help of two strange detectives, a former convict of a prosecutor, and a young psychologist who doubles as a defense attorney.

Summary
A collection of drabbles I’m writing about two KH OCs; Juniper and Rose.
Juniper is a Nobody trapped between states of higher and lower. Not quite a humanoid thing, but not quite on the same plane as a Dusk or the like. Wielding Mourning Glory, the remains of a Keyblade she once owned, she seeks the heart she lacks.
Rose is a Heartless, unnatural and ever morphing. Never the same and rarely resembling anything other than some amalgamation of known Heartless. Holding a single, broken, fractured heart, it seeks the body the heart belongs to.
Both long to return to being whole again.
Little do they both know, their missing half is closer than they think.

It had been a week since the end of the Keyblade War. A week since Riku and Sora had returned to the Mysterious Tower, and Yen Sid told them to rest up for a few days. As if a few nights of sleep would erase all the heartache, the sacrifices, the self-doubt, the holes in his memory that he could still feel somehow, the bruises that went deeper than just skin. The chill that had settled into Riku’s bones and wouldn’t leave and had become the perfect contrast with Sora's hot tears against his neck as Sora clung to him in the middle of the night. Hot and cold undulating within him in waves.Or: A post-KHIII fix-it fic where Riku and Sora buy a fixer-upper home on the Destiny Islands after the Keyblade War and together learn to cope with everything they've been through.

After witnessing the specter’s attack on North Ely, Luke is unable to sleep. Despite feelings of inadequacy, the professor steps up to help his young friend conquer his fears—with some help from a bit of puzzle-solving, of course! Essentially a tribute to the beginning of the duo’s legendary friendship and the trust they share. Created in contribution to the Professor Layton Big Bang 2024.
